All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Even though we provide free worldwide shipping but there are very few products that charge shipping fee so if you have paid the shipping fee then that cannot be refunded. We can provide a store coupon for it which you can use on any other product.
Free products that only charge shipping can be cancelled but cannot be refunded. But we can provide you a store coupon code which can be used in future purchases.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing);
- you receive the wrong or a defective item ;
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- You choose the wrong "Size" or "Color" while ordering.
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the order is delivered. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. We only exchange the product if it's defective or you have received the wrong product.
Please Note:- We do not exchange the product if you've ordered the wrong color or size.
